Montage is looking for a Creative Traffic Manager with a strong understanding of design and video processes to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the experience needed to be an effective liaison between departments, translate creative needs into actionable briefs, and organize creative assets and resources.

About the Role

Supporting both the Creative and Client Service teams, the Creative Traffic Manager will be responsible for organizing, streamlining, and prioritizing creative requests. The Creative Traffic Manager should be able to juggle a wide variety of requests with competing deadlines and limited resources. A strong decision-maker with exceptional time-management, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency experience and/or working with creative team assignments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient with project management software Wrike or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Advanced competencies in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong acumen of marketing initiatives, asset management platforms, such as Canva, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • DC metro area commuting required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative requests into design briefs that align project objectives between client service and creative teams.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to develop and monitor timelines, maintain timely delivery of materials to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
  • Work with Program Managers to identify copy, visual assets, and other materials needed for the creative team to fulfill requests.
  • Lead the client approval process by gathering assets for client submissions, tracking approval status, and documenting required updates for production.
  • Manage Quality Control of creative deliverables to ensure brand and 508 compliance, and that assets meet client objectives.
  • Optimize creative processes by distributing assignments to creative team and other departments, depending on availability and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on external promotional graphics, such as social media, and newsletters.
  • Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with Program Managers.
