About the Role

Montage Marketing Group (Montage) creates live engagement experiences for our clients’ audiences. Engagements are custom to the audience need, client branded, and immersive or sensorial to drive impact and result.

Montage Marketing is looking for a seasoned Product Specialist who has experience representing health-related client accounts, knowledge, and a positive attitude, bringing experiences to life to diverse audiences. The Product Specialist serves as part of the field team and brings the program to life through personal interaction, educational messaging, and positive energy.

This is a full time, exempt position including nationwide travel with one of our three active tours (Eastern, Central, and Western regions) from April – October, 2023. If you are not local to the Metro Washington DC area, we would consider candidates residing in one of the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia. Annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Government standard per diem rate available for meals and lodging.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experiential marketing
  • Experience with health, multi-cultural, education, and/or community projects
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
    • Successfully pass background check, drug screen, and driving history
    • Up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations (including fall 2022 booster)
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Successful track record working with field tour teams
    • Experience with Mac computers and Office software
    • Focus on results, quality, and attention to detail

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Experience with health, multi-cultural, education, and/or community projects
    • Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays and under various weather exposure
    • Collaborative attitude and ability to serve as engagement support to field team
    • Comfortable working in non-traditional and diverse settings
    • Experience training brand ambassadors and field staff
    • Excellent communications skills, ability to verbally communicate with ease to various audiences
    • Energetic and outgoing personality
    • Experience traveling driving from market to market for assigned projects
    • Experience being part of tour teams of more than two people
    • Passion for engagement, event marketing, community work, health, and diversity
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve and work under pressure 

    • Ability to multi-task as necessary
    • Flexibility to accommodate execution changes
    • Participate in program knowledge, protocol and engagement trainings
    • Lead local brand ambassador staff an volunteer on-site training
    • Attract and encourage visitors to the event footprint
    • Continuously study and stay informed on program updates and messaging points
    • Communicate complex program messaging to targeted audiences 

    • Support visitor navigation of on-site engagements
    • Assist visitors through program enrollment process
    • Provide insights related to engagement and enrollment challenges in specific markets
    • Complete engagement reports and presentations
    • Support pre promotional efforts through canvassing and educational activations
    • Contribute to Key Performance Indicators and Return of Investment
    • Maintain a clean, show-ready event space
    • Stand on your feet for long periods of time
    • Assist with event set-up and tear-down
    • Travel between activations with company vehicle and team
    • Work closely with Tour team to coordinate event logistics
    • Submit timesheet and expense reports with proper supports for payment and reimbursement
    • Prepare messaging points for activations per the provided market intel sheets
