    About the Role

    Montage Marketing Group (Montage) creates live engagement experiences for our clients’ audiences. Engagements are custom to the audience need, client branded, and immersive or sensorial to drive impact and result.

    Montage Marketing is looking for a seasoned traveling Brand Ambassador who has experience representing health-related client accounts, knowledge, and a positive attitude, bringing experiences to life to diverse audiences. The traveling Brand Ambassador serves as part of the field team and brings the program to life through personal interaction, educational messaging, and positive energy.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Experience with health, multi-cultural, education, and/or community projects
    • Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays and under various weather exposure
    • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist as needed and provide support to field team
    • Comfortable working in non-traditional and diverse settings
    • Excellent communications skills, ability to verbally communicate with ease to various audiences
    • Energetic and outgoing personality
    • Experience traveling for assigned projects
    • Passion for engagement, event marketing, community work, health, and diversity
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve and work under pressure 

    • Ability to multi-task as necessary
    • Flexibility to accommodate execution changes

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in training about fundamental program knowledge and updates
    • Attract and encourage visitors to the event footprint
    • Communicate complex program messaging to targeted audiences 

    • Support visitor navigation of on-site engagements
    • Assist visitors through program enrollment process
    • Provide Tour Managers insights related to engagement and enrollment challenges
    • Support pre promotional efforts through canvassing and educational activations
    • Drive potential participants to our footprint in satellite locations
    • Distribution of promotional collateral
    • Contribute on hitting Tour Key Performance Indicators and Return of Investment
    • Maintain a clean, show-ready event space
    • Stand on your feet for long periods of time
    • Assist with event set-up and tear-down
    • Support local brand ambassador staff training
    • Travel between activations using personal vehicle
    • Work closely with Tour Manager to coordinate event logistics
    • Submit timesheet and expense reports for payment and reimbursement

    Requirements

    • Bilingual English/Spanish required
    • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
    • A minimum of four (4) years of experiential marketing
    • Experience with health, multi-cultural, education, and/or community projects
    • Reliable transportation to travel from market-to-market
    • Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Successful track record working with field leads
    • Focus on results, quality, and attention to detail
