Montage is looking for a seasoned DEIA subject matter expert to join our growing client service team. Qualified candidates will help shape diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility strategies for our customers and our agency.

This is a full-time, exempt position working a hybrid schedule of home office and at Montage’s McLean, VA office. Annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading and supporting a credible, functional DEIA program for a federal government or commercial organization
  • Degree or non-degree education or training specific to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
  • Experience creating, leading, or managing DEIA training
  • Understanding of federal government diversity and inclusion requirements (Executive Order 13985, 14067, 13990 and relevant policy on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
  • Experience with federal government contracts preferred
  • Experience with conducting industry research and recommendations
  • Advanced skills with Mac and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

DEIA SME

  • Support the development and rollout of organizational equity assessments that utilize both quantitative and qualitative assessment tools
  • Design policies and practices that reinforce diversity in the workplace
  • Create and deliver DEIA training curriculum and programs for multiple levels of organizational staff and leadership
  • Address areas of harassment and protection of minority groups
  • Train hiring managers and Human Resources staff on how to select, manage, evaluate, and retain a diverse workforce
  • Support business development efforts to provide DEIA best practices
